Coffee, soft drinks, and snacks are served at this exclusive lounge for Sky Suites residents and their guests. Dishes may also be ordered from Toranomon Hills Kitchen on the 1st Floor. The lounge includes meeting rooms that are available for booking. (42nd Floor)

This members-only fitness club and spa features a 25-meter pool, gym, spa, and cafe. Personal training and other fitness programs are offered.Requires a membership fee. (2nd - 3rd Floors)

This office, operated in conjunction with The Jikei University Hospital, offers health consultations provided by a doctor accompanied by nurses who are fluent in both English and Japanese. Nurses are on standby 24 hours per day and can respond immediately to sudden illnesses, injuries, and other emergencies. (2nd Floor)

A doorman is stationed at the valet drop-off to greet residents as they arrive or depart. For your convenience, they will arrange for a number of taxis to wait at the drop-off during morning rush hour (7 - 10 a.m., Mon - Fri). *Taxis may be reserved outside of rush hour at reception. Additional booking fees apply. *Taxi availability may be impacted by weather and heavy traffic.
Park your car at the valet drop-off for one of our valets to collect your key and drive your car into the parking lot. When you go out, your car will be waiting at the drop-off as long as you inform our valets at least 30 minutes in advance. *There are separate drop-off points for arrival and departure. *In principle, any resident who is leasing an automated parking space in the building's parking lot may use our valet service.

We understand living with pets. Clear rules for keeping pets and pet lanes ensure that both pet owners and those without pets can live comfortably together. (Please note, however, that there are some restrictions on the number and type of pets you may keep.)
Swaying caused by even the biggest quakes is reduced through the viscous dampers, friction wall dampers, and active mass dampers incorporated in the building. This design also mitigates swaying caused by wind and other factors, ensuring comfort even in the upper floors.
The building is equipped with an emergency power generator and a large water tank, which together can provide about three days of electricity and water in an emergency even if public utilities are cut off. Additionally, residences are supplied with medium-pressure gas - a type of gas that is resilient to earthquake effects - to allow as little disruption to your life as possible following a natural disaster.

Anyone entering the building must pass through four*1 security checkpoints: at the building entrance, in the elevator hall, in the elevator, and at the front door. (The number of checkpoints will vary depending on the time of day and route to your residence.)
The front door of every residence features a progressive lock that provides a very high degree of security. With 100 billion possible key patterns, this type of lock is virtually impossible to pick. It also incorporates an extremely resilient material that cannot be easily drilled through. The front door of every residence is equipped with a security sensor. When switched on, the sensor immediately contacts the onsite safety and security center via the intercom if the front door is opened. The building has a dedicated safety and security center where staff monitor every area in the building 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. In an emergency, the staff will work with reception staff-also on hand 24 hours per day-to swiftly respond to the situation. Residents may contact our safety and security staff via the intercom at any time to discuss any needs or issues.
