Information about Reservations, Contracts and Payment
1. Minimum Lease Term | One month |

2. Reservation Start Time | We accept reservations from one month prior to the contract-starting (check-in) date. No earlier requests can be accepted. Please inquire within 30 days of your desired check-in date. |
3. Deposit and Key Money | Short-term contracts for serviced apartments (lease terms of up to one year) do not require a deposit. Key Money is not required. |
4. Maximum Occupancy | 1R・1BR units: up to 2 people 2BR units: up to 3 people 3BR units: up to 4 people *Children over 6 years old are counted as one person. |
5. Mid-term Cancellation | Not allowed |
6. Extension of Stay | Kindly let us know two weeks prior to the termination date of the lease agreement. |
7. Payment | Bank Wire Transfer (prior to check-in date) or by Credit Card at check-in. |
8. Check-In | 00:00am (midnight) of the contract start date.*Check-in is available 24 hours a day |
9. Check Out | 23:59 of the contract conclusion date.*Check-in is available 24 hours a day |
