The Upper House Opens to Residents
July 11, 2013
Hitomi Sugiura showed me around, and told me that half of the units have been applied for already.
Spacious living and dining rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows enjoy plenty of natural sunlight.
6-story residence located in the quiet neighborhood where Roppongi, Azabu-juban, and Motoazabu meet.
A brand new MORI LIVING residential property has just opened near Roppongi Hills.
The Upper House is a six-floor building that enjoys an ideal location at the point where Roppongi, Azabu Juban and Motoazabu converge. It's a quiet residential area that is just a short walk from countless shops and restaurants as well as various parks and entertainment attractions.
I got a chance to view some of the apartments at The Upper House this week, when Hitomi Sugiura of MORI LIVING's residential leasing unit took the time to show me around.
With 19 total units, The Upper House is similar to MORI LIVING's adjacent Sakura-zaka Residence in that the majority of the apartments are four-bedroom units, making it perfect for families who need plenty of space to spread out.
I was impressed by how spacious these units are, with natural light pouring in through the many floor-to-ceiling windows. They also have large kitchens, and living and dining rooms of up to 77.4 square meters, with total space of up to 254.6 square meters. A few added bonuses are plenty of closet and storage space and large outdoor areas, like a rooftop balcony or wrap-around private garden.
With so many great things going for them, I'm sure it won't be long until these apartments have all been rented out- in fact, Ms. Sugiura said that applications have already been received for about half of them.
