Roppongi Hills Residences Services and Facilities
About this Property
Roppongi Hills is a neighborhood where an international atmosphere permeates the air and people from all over the world meet and mingle. Here is the cultural heart of Tokyo, including the Mori Arts Center, shopping that ranges from luxury brands to casual cafes, a TV network headquarters, a 9-screen premier cinema complex, and a luxury, five-star hotel. Plus, a clinic and childcare center, banks, and a post office - everything you need is close at hand. Roppongi Hills is a space that sets new standards for life in the city, designed with top priority given to the comfort and enjoyment of the people who live here. It sets the standard for a relaxing new lifestyle.
Spread over 1,800 square meters on floors three to five of Residence C, the ROPPONGI HILLS SPA is large and well equipped. Its fitness, swimming, treatment and other facilities and programs promote natural relaxation for a healthy and beautiful lifestyle. Sunbathing while enjoying refreshing fruit juice on the outdoor deck is also an option. The spa's lounge offers a wide choice of mealtime menus, beginning with a continental breakfast.
The Sky Lounge on the 42nd and 43rd floors of Residence B offers a stunning night view of Tokyo. This 365m2 area lounge is designed for the exclusive use of Roppongi Hills Residence tenants. The kitchen is fully equipped for catering. With a bar, roof terrace, and private guest rooms, in addition to the main dining area, it easily accommodates smaller parties of 4 to 5 guests on larger groups of 30 to 50 guests. Think of it as your second living room (by reservation; fees apply).
Through a special arrangement with the Tokyo Jikei University Hospital, the Roppongi Hills Residences Health Consultation Room provides residents a family doctor, as well as bilingual nurses who are on call 24 hours a day. All the support you need for regular health maintenance and if you are feeling a bit under the weather, injure yourself, or suffer a medical emergency, help is at hand.
MORI LIVING is more comfortable and enjoyable. Bilingual Front Desk staff are ready to assist residents 24 hours a day.
The doorman at the entrance gives everyone a warm send-off when they leave, and a warm welcome when they return. He also helps you to carry your baggage (only at Residence B and Residence C).
We understand living with pets. Clear rules for keeping pets and pet lanes ensure that both pet owners and those without pets can live comfortably together. (Please note, however, that there are some restrictions on the number and type of pets you may keep.)
We are pleased to offer a variety of benefit programs to MORI LIVING residents, so that you may enjoy Mori Building related facilities and services as much as possible. Experience the unique MORI LIVING lifestyle in central Tokyo.
Virtually all Roppongi Hills buildings, including Roppongi Hills Residences A, have rooftop gardens designed by Dan Pearson, who was specially selected by Conran & Partners as Roppongi Hills' chief landscape architect. His creations are delightfully surprising examples of English gardens in which Japanese plants have been skillfully mingled to add to your enjoyment in every season of the year. Space has also been reserved One of the Garden for tenants' private vegetable gardens and for fireworks parties. The combination of the gardens themselves with Roppongi Hills' spectacular views makes Roppongi Hills irresistible.
Roppongi Hills Residence B and Residence C achieve high earthquake resistance through a combination of concrete filled steel tube (CFT) pillars and seismic damping walls. Because in CFT, the steel tubes are filled with concrete, they provide outstanding resistance to both earthquake and fire damage, thus increasing residents' safety should earthquakes or other disasters occur. Earthquake energy-absorbing seismic damping walls sharply reduce shock and vibration. By combining these advanced technologies, these residences offer a degree of earthquake resistance that makes them truly buildings into which people would flee instead of fleeing from. Additional safety measures include storerooms stocked with drinking water and emergency food supplies, and disaster-readiness wells to ensure that the water supply is uninterrupted.
In this full-featured security system, the auto-lock system at the entrance requires a Non-contact key. People entering the building are also checked in at the Front Desk. The entrance is monitored by surveillance cameras 24 hours a day.
Conran & Partners provided the design concept behind Roppongi Hills Residences: high-density housing with a creativity unprecedented in Tokyo. It offers not just something a bit better but, instead, a radically new lifestyle. Some of the residences were planned by G2 design studio. In these, there are no walls. All spaces are separated by translucent sliding doors that add warmth while allowing the residents to arrange the space however they like. Ceilings up to 2750mm high increase the feeling of spaciousness.
