A city-within-a-city full of greenery
"Modern Urban Village"
The site area for the Toranomon Azabudai Project is approximately 8.1 hectares. Connecting the area are three super high-rise towers with a total floor area of approximately 860,000 square meters, and commercial facilities in the lower levels overflowing with greenery. The planned usage configuration includes offices, residential units, commercial facilities, a hotel, cultural facilities, and an international school.
The two core elements of this “Modern Urban Village” are “Greenery” and “Wellness”. In an environment full of overwhelming greenery and in harmony with nature, diversity of people gather to form a new community where people can connect and inspire each other.
Aman Residences, Tokyo
A total of 91 new Aman Residences which will be born in A District (54th to 64th floors) at a height of about 330m, will provide exclusive services as a hotel branded residence, and will also have 1400㎡ "Aman Spa" available exclusively for residents. Even in this central and vibrant location in the heart of Tokyo, Aman's hospitality provides residents with a life filled with the ultimate, the most extraordinary, and the purest calm.
B-2 District Residence
Approximately 330 residences will open in the B-2 District (14th-53rd floors), at a height of approximately 240m high. The concept is "a living environment like that of a resort hotel". In the lower part of the tower, a modern and playful hotel by Aman's latest sister brand "Janu" will also open. In addition to being able to use services linked to the hotel, we will provide a luxurious and relaxing life, such as a residence with a pool or a residence with a two-story atrium giving residents a feeling of openness.
B-1 District Residence
Approximately 970 new residences will open in the B-1 District (6th to 64th floors), which is approximately 270m high. A "smart city life" with access to a full range of shared facilities such as a gym, a theater, a kids room, study rooms, lounges will be realized here. Approximately 170 of the residences will be operated as serviced apartments, not only for use by overseas business visitors, but also to meet the needs of various people as a place for future workations or as a second house in the city center.
