An area that is
finally fulfilling
its potential
Toranomon has long been a business district and was the first area where Mori Building made its mark on the Tokyo cityscape—an endeavor that inspired its pursuit of urban excellence. Centrally located near government offices, the area always had the potential to be something bigger.
The Toranomon Hills development has greatly expanded the neighborhood’s transportation infrastructure, adding a new subway station and bus terminal, as well as new roads that have improved access to Tokyo International Airport. The area has been transformed into a center for global business, one that connects Tokyo to the world.
Area
A cosmopolitan district
that offers excellent
transportation access
Toranomon is located in Minato City, an area that is home to numerous multinationals and embassies. As a result, the district has a relatively international population, making it one of the most cosmopolitan areas in Tokyo.
A hub that connects Tokyo to the world
Toranomon Hills is a large multi-use complex that provides a bevy of urban amenities. It also offers direct access to major roads and a subway station, allowing it to serve as a center for both urban activity and global business on an unparalleled scale.
A direct connection to a subway station
The complex was designed to integrate seamlessly with Toranomon Hills Station on the Hibiya Line; they are connected by an atrium and a vast concourse. Underground passages also offer access to nearby Toranomon Station on the Ginza Line.
Direct access to a bus terminal
A 1,000 m² bus terminal is located on the first floor of Toranomon Hills Business Tower, just a 2-minute walk from Residential Tower. Bus services here include shuttle buses to and from Tokyo International Airport, as well as a bus rapid transit (BRT) line servicing central Tokyo and the Tokyo Bay area.
