Front desk
English-speaking staff are available to support your everyday needs.
Doorman
A doorman sees you off and welcomes you home.
Housekeeping
Staff visit twice per week to clean your home, make your beds, replace linens, and provide other services to ensure your home remains pristine.
Breakfast
A complimentary breakfast is served daily in the Lounge.
Laundry
Leave your laundry with housekeeping staff to be cleaned by a professional laundry service.
Maintenance
Staff will conduct maintenance for equipment that was installed at the time of handover, such as assisting with faulty plumbing, electric goods, or other items.
Entrepreneur Support Program
The Entrepreneur Support Program is a special program designed to help foreign entrepreneurs start businesses in Japan.

As a resident, you will be regularly invited to art, music, sports, wine-tasting, and other cultural events; children’s events for the whole family; brand collaborations; and other exclusive events. You will also have access to offers designed to encourage greater use of Mori Building’s Hills complexes, such as special deals and services.

A cafe and bar serving light refreshments, suitable for everyday use and guest entertaining. The area with its kitchen and terrace, is available for private use for parties and barbecues.
Study Room
Private booths for work or study are available here, as well as meeting rooms.
Theater Room
Watch a film, TV, or even sports with friends in this private theater equipped with a big screen TV.
Kids Room
This spacious playroom will allow your children to enjoy themselves to their hearts’ content.
Gym
This fully equipped fitness center offers weights, treadmills, and studios that can be privately booked.
Hills Spa
The pool, gym, spa treatments, and other offerings here help you manage a healthy lifestyle.

Health consultation room
English-speaking nurses provide 24-hour medical consultation with the support of doctors from Keio University Hospital. The staff cater to any concern, from feeling unwell to being injured. This facility is affiliated with Keio University Hospital.
