Spaces designed
for comfort and
livability
Located inside Toranomon Hills Mori Tower, Toranomon Hills Residence provides 172 apartments offering proximity to the seat of Japan’s government. The area is also home to embassies and cultural venues that give it a distinctively cosmopolitan vibe. To meet the demands of such a dynamic location, we set a high standard for the apartment designs while ensuring livability, peace of mind, and comfort.
Architecture
A landmark
residential building
Mori Tower has been given an exterior that curves inwards, its sleek profile ending in a top that extends sharply towards the sky—a distinctive look worthy of a landmark.
Since the site was developed in tandem with new road infrastructure, we were able to secure a third of the ground level for sidewalks and a large green space where children can play to their heart’s content. The resulting landscape allows one to walk leisurely among nature despite being in the middle of a city—a luxury that will enhance your comfort here.
Interior
Providing comfort
and relaxation
Designed by Tony Chi, the common areas evoke a warmth that immediately conjures a life of comfort and relaxation. From the stone garden visible through the windows of the building lobby to the works of art decorating the way to the elevators, there are plenty of elements designed to please the eye as you make your way to your home.
The apartments themselves have understated interiors employing natural materials, which enhance the spaciousness of the layouts and the width of the balconies. This is a home where you can truly feel at peace.
