Simple, elegant
homes created
by a team of
top designers
Some of the world’s top minds came together for the ARK Hills Sengokuyama Mori Tower project to create a new Tokyo landmark through the power of design. The result is a building that forms a distinctive profile against the skyline and coexists with the neighborhood in beautiful harmony.
Architecture
A flower blooming
towards the sky
Designed to look like a flower blooming atop a verdant hill, Mori Tower arcs beautifully in its upper levels and tapers towards the top. The result is a building that exudes warmth and gentleness.

I imagined a flower growing at the top of a lush, green hill—a symbol of the unique cultures that will blossom from this project. This neighborhood has the cosmopolitan air of Roppongi but also a residential atmosphere. That’s why we created a smooth arc along the upper part of the building that tapers towards the top—a gentle form that harmonizes with the existing townscape.
Interiors
Two variations
to choose from
The apartment interiors by G2 Design Studio set a new standard—one that ensures anyone can live in comfort. Apartments come in two variations: Modern, with striking white interiors paired with bright yet unobtrusive colors; and Classic Modern, with relaxed walnut-brown tones and elegant interior elements. With their modest color schemes, both interiors offer perfect backdrops for your art collection.
