Garden Plaza Residence
A low-rise residential building
that is in touch with nature
Azabudai Hills represents the future of human-centric urban design—a concept that Mori Building has pursued for decades. It is a “Modern Urban Village” built around a singular theme: “Green & Wellness.” Here, urban sophistication and nature are brought together in perfect harmony to provide a place where people of many different backgrounds can gather to create a vibrant community.
Greenery permeates the neighborhood, spreading out from a 6,000 m² plaza in the center of the complex—and gracing the surroundings of Azabudai Hills Garden Plaza Residence.
The only low-rise residential building in the complex, Garden Plaza Residence offers apartments with windows facing tree-lined roads that dazzle with seasonal colors. The building itself has an organic form that brings to mind the undulating hills in the area—a design that is in touch with nature, courtesy of British designer Thomas Heatherwick.
The complex itself is home to around 150 commercial establishments, as well as a 4,000 m² food market, a gallery, museum, and international school. It is a compact city that seamlessly connects a wide variety of urban amenities that will enrich your life.
There is also a hotel with a vast spa and fitness center, a health consultation room, and the Keio University Center for Preventive Medicine—facilities designed to enhance the wellness of everyone who lives and works here or visits.
Here, you will discover experiences that stimulate the senses and moments that will etch themselves in your memory.
