Front desk
English-speaking staff are ready to support your everyday needs.
Doorman / Porter
A doorman sees you off and welcomes you home, as well as helps you carry luggage to your home.
Housekeeping
Staff clean your home, make your beds, replace linens, and provide other services to ensure your home remains pristine.
Room service
You can order food from ARK Hills Spa to enjoy in the comfort of your home.
Maintenance
Staff will come in periodically to conduct maintenance, such as replacing air conditioner and range hood filters.

As a resident, you will be regularly invited to art, music, sports, wine-tasting, and other cultural events; children’s events for the whole family; brand collaborations; and other exclusive events. You will also have access to offers designed to encourage greater use of Mori Building’s Hills complexes, such as special deals and services and discounted membership at the Roppongi Hills Club.

The pool, gym, spa treatments, and other offerings here help you manage a healthy lifestyle. As a resident, you will have access to ARK Hills Spa, Toranomon Hills Spa, and Hills Spa Sengokuyama.

Mori Building’s approach
to urban design
The conceptual origins of Mori Building’s Hills complexes can be found in ARK Hills. It is a “vertical garden city”—a term coined by Mori Building to define a complex that contributes to culture, coexists with nature, and allows people to live in proximity to their jobs. Offices and apartments share the complex with a variety of amenities such as Suntory Hall and the ANA InterContinental Tokyo hotel.
In the center of this complex is ARK Karajan Place, a promenade with a retractable roof that hosts a variety of seasonal events that will enliven your day.
