ARK Hills Front Tower is the first high-rise building in Japan with vibration control (seismic damping) systems concentrated in 3 floors. Through the concentrated installation of vibration control dampers in the parking floor levels (3F to 5F), the structure is able to absorb energy with very high efficiency. This more effectively reduces building sway caused by seismic events, strong winds and other causes. The innovative design elevates both building structural safety and the comfort of residents.

In this full-featured security system, the auto-lock system at the entrance requires a Non-contact key. People entering the building are also checked in at the Front Desk. The entrance is monitored by surveillance cameras 24 hours a day.
