What makes this space unique is that water areas make up nearly half of the spa. The carbonated spring and hydrotherapy pools at the AO spa make this is a unique facility in the center of the city. When you set foot into the reception area, you are immediately offered a magnificent view of the sky and the Imperial Palace. The 37th floor View Lounge offers magnificient views of the open sky, Tokyo Tower, Reinbow Bridge and other landmarks of the city.
The design have been created by Tony Chi & Associates, who also oversaw the design of the guestrooms and restaurants of the Andaz Tokyo.
A kitchen area is also included, perfect for use when holding parties as though an extension of your own residence.
You can use the Health Consultation Room on the 2nd floor of Toranomon Hills Residential Tower.
This office, operated in conjunction with The Jikei University Hospital, offers health consultations provided by a doctor accompanied by nurses who are fluent in both English and Japanese. Nurses are on standby 24 hours per day and can respond immediately to sudden illnesses, injuries, and other emergencies.

The spread foundation of Toranomon Hills Residence is built directly into solid ground called Tokyo Layer. Three of the latest technologies in vibration-control engineering have been incorporated, combining viscous oil dampers, brake dampers, unbonded brace damper.
The structural damper is effective against wind-induced vibrations, seismic tremors of small to large-scaled earthquakes and long period ground motion harmful to high-rise buildings.
In this full-featured security system, the auto-lock system at the entrance requires a non touch key. People entering the building are also checked in at the front reception desk. The entranceway is monitored by surveillance cameras 24 hours a day.
