Motoazabu Hills Services and Facilities
About this Property

The main gate of Motoazabu Hills faces an avenue of cherry trees, whose changes add to our enjoyment of the seasons. Nearly half of the building's site is Four Seasons Hill, an open space filled with greenery where people relax and commune with nature. Plus, on the roof of Forest Tower, 96 meters above ground level, is a roof garden reserved for residents. Here they can feel close to nature while living in the heart of the city. The Nishimachi International School Kindergarten is on-site, with its elementary and middle schools nearby, making this the perfect place for families with school-age children.

A fitness room with a 3-lane, 20-meter indoor pool offers a Jacuzzi, workout machines, even a golf range. You can enjoy yourself, whatever exercise you prefer. Plus, having all those resources under one roof makes it easier to keep up a regular exercise program.

With its breathtaking views of Tokyo's brilliant nightscape, the Sky Lounge is reserved exclusively for residents and their guests, to relax in refined surroundings and savor the magnificent Tokyo skyline from 90 meters above ground.

Entirely enveloped in greenery, the lush Four Seasons Hill evokes images of rolling woodlands. Winding paths meander through a well-balanced mix of evergreens, deciduous trees, and perennials ranging from cherry blossoms to camphor trees, crape myrtle, and scarlet sage. Enjoy nature's ever-changing palette of brilliant greens and seasonal colors as buds blossom and fruit ripens day by day.

Wine cellars for residents are available on the B2F of Forest Tower. Safely store your favorite wines at a constant temperature in individually locked compartments.

MORI LIVING is more comfortable and enjoyable. Bilingual Front Desk staff are ready to assist residents 24 hours a day.
The doorman at the entrance gives everyone a warm send-off when they leave, and a warm welcome when they return. He also helps you to carry your baggages.
In order to share the joys of high-rise living, the top floor of Forest Tower features an observation deck affording panoramic views of Tokyo Tower, Shinjuku, Rainbow Bridge, the sea beyond, and, on clear days, Mt. Fuji. Time spent on the Sky Deck is bound to make viewers feel renewed pleasure in the wonder of living in the heart of the city.
We understand living with pets. Clear rules for keeping pets and pet lanes ensure that both pet owners and those without pets can live comfortably together. (Please note, however, that there are some restrictions on the number and type of pets you may keep.)
We are pleased to offer a variety of benefit programs to MORI LIVING residents, so that you may enjoy Mori Building related facilities and services as much as possible. Experience the unique MORI LIVING lifestyle in central Tokyo.

The building combines two types of base-isolation technologies to maximize their effectiveness. The first is the lead rubber isolator (LRI) in which a lead plug is embedded at the core of layers of natural rubber, combining the rubber's ability to flex with the damping effect of the lead to reduce the force of earthquake shock and vibration. The second is use of high-purity layered natural rubber, in which the composition of the rubber has been adjusted to maximize tensile strength against up and down movement in the base isolation equipment that decouples the building from earthquake movement in the ground. This rubber was developed specifically for use in constructing earthquake-resistant high-rise buildings and substantially increases the earthquake damage resistance of the structures in which it is used.

In this full-featured security system, the entrance requires a non-contact key to be unlocked. Persons entering the building must must also be checked in at the front reception desk. The entranceway is monitored by surveillance cameras 24 hours a day. (Forest Tower, Forest Terrace East)
A tower that soars into the sky like a giant tree, a lobby whose natural materials have a special warmth: "Like a forest where many varieties of plants mingle, like an ecosystem, high layers and low layers, nature and artifice, creativity and tradition, its diverse elements form a single whole," says architect Uchii Shozo. This was the concept that shaped all of the spaces that make up Motoazabu Hills. Conran & Partners were in charge of the design of the Sky Lounge and some of the residences.
Uchii Shozo
Born in Tokyo in 1933. In 1958 he received his master's degree from the Waseda University Graduate School and opened the Uchii Shozo Architectural Design Office (now Uchii Architects). He was involved as lead architect for the official residence of the Vice President of the House of Councillors, the Imperial Fukiage Palace, and the Oita City Art Museum. For the Setagaya Art Museum, which was completed in 1986, he received the Mainichi Art Prize and the Japan Art Academy Award. Uchii died in 2002.
