Four Tokyo Metro subway stops(serviced by a total of 4 lines) are within easy walking distance. Tameike-sanno Station is a handy transfer point for the Ginza and Namboku Lines; from there or from Roppongi 1-chome on the Namboku Line, you can be at major business areas in minutes. Taxi stands and bus stops are also nearby in ARK Hills, at the first floor entrance to the ARK Mori Building.
