You can move in just one week after your first visit to the apartment.

1.Residence Tour

If you are considering to move in, please tour the residences first.

Please inquire about making reservations for your tour by telephone (during business hours) or by e-mail. To make reservations for tours on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays, please contact us by 18:00 on Friday.

2. Reserving an Apartment

After viewing let us know if you would like to rent the apartment. Applications are accepted up to one month prior to move-in; anything longer will be placed on a waiting list. Please understand that all applications are subject to evaluation and approval.

The minimum lease term is one month.

3. Application Screening

In principle most leases are corporate leases. Please inquire regarding individual leasing. The following documents will be necessary for approval.

For corporate leasing
  1. Copies of the corporate registration
  2. Corporate seal registration certificate
  3. Corporate summary (corporate annual report or tax return application)
  4. Identification certificate of the resident
For individual leasing
  1. Seal registration certificate
  2. Identification certificate
  3. Income tax return for the previous year
  4. Credit card copies
  5. Letter of specification for credit card authorization
  6. Copy of an employment certificate

  • *Unfortunately, we cannot respond to inquiries concerning screening. We thank you for your understanding in this matter.
  • *Please note that we cannot return the submitted documents.

4. Lease Agreement and Payment

Please sign and submit the lease agreement at least one day before you move in.

Please transfer the full amount of the rent for the term of the contract into our bank account at least one work day before you move in.

5. Move in

The front desk attendant will give you your apartment key and explain the House Rules and other instructions.
