QWhat facilities are available in apartments?
A

Many properties are equipped with electric appliances such as air-conditioners, refrigerators, ovens, microwave ovens, washing/drying machines, and dishwashers. The facilities varies according to property. Please inquire for further details.

QAre front desk services available?
A

In many properties, bilingual front desk staff offer concierge services such as taking messages, accepting packages, arranging taxis and handling laundry pickup and delivery. Availability of front desk services veries according to property. Please refer here for further details.

QIs housekeeping service available?
A

In many properties, optional housekeeping service is available through the front desk. In some properties, optional linen service is also available with the housekeeping service.

QAre Spa services available?
A

Residents may use any of the four membership-based HILLS SPAs. Each spa is equipped with a gym, swimming pool, sauna and esthetic salon. Access fees are either 3,150 yen per visit or 10,500 yen per month for residents. For guests accompanying residents, there is a charge of 3,150 yen per visit. The minimum entry age for spa users is 20. Please inquire below for further details of the facilities.

QCan I use the Internet?
A

In properties in which the Mori Building Information Infrastructure (MII) service is provided, Internet access is included in the rent. To use this service, apply at the front desk.

QAre pets allowed?
A

Pets are allowed in the majority of properties, though some kinds of pets are prohibited. Please inquire for further details.

Q There a trunk room?
A

Trunk rooms are available in many properties. Please inquire as to their size and availability.

QCan I park my car?
A

For many properties, parking is available in the building or in the neighborhood. There may be restrictions on vehicle size, height, or type dependant on the parking area. Please inquire about the availability of parking lots.

Regarding contract

Q How are lease agreements finalized?
A

After you have seen an apartment, a tenant check is performed, and your application is accepted and the lease agreement is signed. Please refer below for details regarding the required documents.

QHow much is the security deposit and key money?
A

Six months' rent is required as a deposit. Neither "key money" nor a renewal fee are necessary at most properties. In Higashiazabu Forest Plaza and Motoazabu Forest Plaza Ⅰ, Ⅱ both key money and a renewal fee are required, in addition to a deposit.

QCan lease agreements be made by individuals?
A

In principle, most leases are corporate leases. Please contact us regarding individual lease agreements.

QCan I move in immediately?
A

In principle, it takes at least three weeks to prepare a lease and an apartment. Please contact us for specific details.

QHow can I check the availability of individual apartments?
A

Information on the availability of individual apartments is offered on the web site. However, please call for the latest information. For other inquiries, please feel free to call the number below, or e-mail us.
