Base-isolation construction minimizes earthquake impact. In case of a major earthquake, the rigid frame is highly resistant to deformation, while seismic damping beams absorb energy released by the earthquake and reduce the danger of, for example, furniture falling over. The Super Flex Oil Damping System makes possible the combination of a highly safe and secure earthquake resistant structure with residences at a height that offers truly spectacular panoramic views.
