Anything unexpected in your personal residence or public spaces will be quickly investigated and dealt with in an appropriate manner. Special care is also taken to ensure your safety and enjoyment of the areas around our buildings. Residents' safety and security are guarded 24 hours a day by both advanced automated systems and highly professional security staff.

Double Auto-lock System

Each entrance is secured by two locks. The entrance door outside the main lobby locks automatically. The entrance to the elevator hall, behind the reception counter, which is staffed 24 hours a day, also locks automatically.

Front Desk

Surveillance cameras monitor traffic 24 hours a day. But that's not all. Receptionists check everyone who enters the building. Automated hardware and human software, we protect you both ways.

Surveillance Cameras

More than 70 TV cameras are mounted in the elevators, plus parking, bicycle storage, mailroom, storage, and exterior areas. Their output is scanned, 24 hours a day, at the central surveillance desk.

Disaster Prevention Center

The emergency center is staffed with watchmen and engineers, 24 hours a day, to respond immediately to any problem in the shared and residential areas. The watchmen make regular rounds outside the building to prevent untoward events before they occur and keep residents safe.
