Spacious Living at Forest Terrace Toriizaka
November 30, 2015
I recently had the chance to walk through a few different furnished model rooms and empty apartments at Forest Terrace Toriizaka, the recently completed MORI LIVING residence.
This maisonette-style unit is tastefully designed in a way that would make it the ideal living space for a single person or couple, as the main level includes the kitchen and living room, while downstairs is a spacious bedroom.
While each unit at Forest Terrace Toriizaka has its own unique layout and attributes, each of them seem very comfortable.
MORI LIVING's newest property is not a high-rise residential tower, but instead an eight story building with two basement levels tucked unassumingly into the side streets near Azabu-juban. But while it may look relatively modest from the outside, inside it is full of light and airy, open spaces.
One advantage of Forest Terrace Toriizaka is that it is built on a hill, which gives it the illusion of being taller than it is, and affords the higher rooms wonderful views. But perhaps what stands out most about this property is the size of the apartments; while there are units ranging from one to three bedrooms and even some on two floors, every apartment has at least 100 square meters of floor space.
The building was recently completed, and includes both units that are for sale and some that are for rent. I recently had the chance to walk through a few different furnished model rooms and empty apartments. Of all the apartments I saw, the two maisonette-style apartments were striking to me. One is among the smallest apartments in the building and is tastefully designed in a way that would make it the ideal living space for a single person or couple, as the main level includes the kitchen and living room, while downstairs is a spacious bedroom. The other is the largest in the building; it is a wonderful, light-filled family home with views toward Azabu-juban and features four separate rooftop balconies, complete with greenery.
While each unit at Forest Terrace Toriizaka has its own unique layout and attributes, they are each so comfortable that I found myself thinking as I walked through that I would be happy to live in any of them!
