October 12, 2010
Starting from November, MORI LIVING will be adding a new option to its list of leased residences. Conveniently located just behind Roppongi Hills on Sakurazaka Street, Roppongi Arents has a total of 99 units over 14 floors.
The unique feature is large, expansive windows, which make the apartments very bright, while at the same time making them seem even more spacious.
The apartments were designed with large common spaces, making them perfect for families or those who enjoy entertaining at home.
Starting from November, MORI LIVING will be adding a new option to its list of leased residences. Conveniently located just behind Roppongi Hills on Sakurazaka Street, Roppongi Arents has a total of 99 units over 14 floors. I recently had the chance to take a sneak peek inside a few of the apartments, and I was very impressed by what I saw. Roppongi Arents differs slightly from other MORI LIVING residences in that it was not designed and built by Mori Building Company. The building was completed in 2003, but management will be taken over by Mori next month. Other MORI LIVING complexes utilize a combination of hard floors and carpeting for inside rooms and living areas, but the units at Roppongi Arents are completely covered with top-quality flooring. Another unique feature is large, expansive windows, which make the apartments very bright, while at the same time making them seem even more spacious. The apartments were designed with large common spaces, making them perfect for families or those who enjoy entertaining at home. Toilets and bathrooms are also uncommonly large, and there is ample closet and storage space. Perhaps one of the most appealing features of Roppongi Arents is its location. Literally footsteps from the shops, restaurants, movie theaters, and other entertainment options of Roppongi Hills, it is also located just minutes from the quiet neighborhood of Azabu Juban. Here residents will be able to find supermarkets, local stores, markets, and of course, more restaurants. A walk in the opposite direction will take residents to the international area of Hiroo, where the beautiful greenery of Arisugawa Memorial Park accompanies still more shopping. For those who prefer to spend more time at home, Roppongi Arents offers residents the use of a private gym, and there is also a private Japanese style garden on the grounds. From November, all of this will be complemented by the exceptional services for which MORI LIVING is known such as four Hills Spas, Smiles Program, and invitation-only events and parties.--what's not to like about that?
